Do you accept cash, or only card?

Both. You can pay securely by card at the time of booking, or choose cash to settle directly with your chauffeur at the end of the journey. Card payments are processed through Stripe and we never store your card details.

How is my fare calculated?

Fares are based on your vehicle class and either distance (point-to-point) or duration (hourly hire), plus a small fixed service fee and VAT. The exact price is shown and locked before you confirm.

What are your cancellation fees?

Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before a one-way pickup (4 hours for round-trip and hourly bookings). After that, a tiered fee applies based on how close to pickup you cancel. You always see the exact refund before confirming.

Can I change my pickup time or date after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open your booking from your account or the link in your confirmation email and use Edit booking to adjust your pickup date, time, or return details. Changes are free within the minimum notice window and the fare is not recalculated.

How do I cancel without calling support?

Accepted Answer

Every booking is self-service. Signed-in customers cancel from their account; guests cancel using the secure link in their confirmation email. Any eligible refund is processed automatically.

Question 6

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

For airport pickups, add your flight number when booking and we monitor its status, adjusting your chauffeur's arrival to your actual landing time. There is no charge for reasonable flight delays.

Can I bring luggage?

Yes. Indicate your luggage load when booking so we assign a vehicle with the right capacity. For oversized items, choose a larger class such as VIP XL or Van XL.

Which areas do you cover?

We operate across Dubai and the wider UAE, including all major airports, hotels, and business districts. Inter-emirate journeys are available with a transparent intercity surcharge shown at booking.
